Q. Who do I contact if I have any queries regarding this promotion?

Q. How will I receive my free lens?
A. Once we are in possession of all the necessary documents, you will receive a voucher code by email with a validity of 6 weeks for your application to the Free Lens.
Q. How can I get a claim form?
A. An online claim form is available from this site. If you are unable to access the online process please email marketing dot info at eu dot ricoh-imaging dot comto order a claim form.
Q. What documents do I need to provide?
A. We require a copy of your receipt or invoice (if ordering online, an order confirmation is NOT sufficient), a copy of the bar code printed on the box, a picture of the serial number registered at the bottom of the camera and your completed claim form. The date of purchase must be clearly visible in order for us to validate your claim.
Q. What if I have a hand written receipt?
A. This is not acceptable, please request a formal printed invoices as proof of purchase.
Q. Can I purchase online or do I have to go to a store?
A. Online purchases are accepted, but please check with your retailer the eligibility of the products for this promotion before placing your order.
